FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will need a device (ipad, iphone, laptop, pc) to log-in to your classes which are hosted on a members website. You will need a fitness/yoga mat for some classes. Some classes include resistance band, slider disc, pilates ball and stability ball exercises. These are inexpensive items and they can be purchased online or from sporting/gym equipment stores.

Move ‘n Groove On-Demand is $19 per month paid monthly in advance.

If you love the program and you’re keen to keep going after the 7 day trial period, you don’t need to do anything. At the end of your trial period, your initial monthly payment will be deducted and you’ll continue to enjoy ongoing access to all of your on-demand classes and bonus resources.
