Simone is the founder of The Phoenix Tribe and The Dance Body Odyssey. She's an holistic personal trainer specialising in strength-stability programs for women and former professional dancer, having performed at major dance events and venues in Sydney. In her 20's, Simone suffered a severe back injury and turned to exercise to heal her spine. She brings over 30 years experience teaching dance and over 14 years experience working with women as a personal trainer. Simone has helped hundreds of women use exercise to heal their bodies using her unique methods.
