60 minutes of easy-to-follow dance-fitness. Different dance styles. Basic steps and combinations. Low impact fitness moves. Suits all levels.
45 minutes of easy-to-follow dance-fitness followed by 15 minutes of relaxing stretch. Includes stretches on the mat. You’ll feel energised and revitalised!
30 minutes of easy-to follow dance-fitness plus 30 minutes of body-toning with bands. Get your dance fix and improve muscle tone all in one class.

They say – Dance like nobody is watching! Well, I am not a dancer, I generally do not like gym environments and I am definitely not a trim, taut and terrific thirty-something year old! However, I AM now dancing salsa /samba (albeit at the back of the class), without even realising the cardio and stretch work out I am doing in a very friendly, non-threatening environment, alongside women of all ages and enjoying the 60 minutes of movement, music and meditation.Simone brings her warmth, energy, joy and knowledge to each class and encourages every participant to just enjoy the movement and time to oneself. It’s a great way to start a morning! You’re dancing like nobody is watching and you will feel uplifted!
A friend suggested I go with her to Simone’s DanceBody classes to get fitter in a fun and social environment. So I went with her and it was such fun that I forgot that I didn’t like doing exercise. Now I do Simone’s DanceBody classes plus NewBody classes for body toning. The difference I feel in myself in the short space of two months is amazing! My mood has improved greatly and I have so much more energy and functional fitness.
During these classes I feel completely energised. The atmosphere is fun and feminine. It’s so different to any other type of fitness class. Simone just knows how to bring out the best in you. I use the DanceBody classes as my stress relief. I go there and I just let it go.
These classes are very much about being a woman, being an individual and feeling free. They’re not like your standard fitness classes which is all about suffering and weight-loss. The atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. Women of all different shapes and sizes enjoy these classes. I’ve made some wonderful friends and I’ve definitely got my sparkle back.
The feminine energy is what makes these classes so different to other fitness programs. It’s the feeling you get here. It’s fun, it’s energetic and it just allows you to be you. You can laugh, you can giggle, you can jiggle and it doesn’t matter because we’re all the same and we’re just here to have fun. I’ve left my family at home and it’s my time to be me.
I dance to lift my spirits. I don’t always enjoy what I do at the gym, but I always enjoy dancing. So imagine the absolute delight in finding and experiencing these classes. Dance like no-one is watching!

In-person classes are held in the Gladesville-Hunters Hill area, located just 15 minutes from Sydney CBD.
If you’d love to continue after your trial, you have 2 options.
You pay according to how many classes you want to attend each week.
1x class per week: $25 p/class
2x classes per week: $22.50 p/class
3x classes per week: $19.70 p/class
Wear comfy active wear with trainers or jazz sneakers. Bring a fitness towel, water bottle and a smile 🙂 If you’re attending Dance-Flex or Dance-Tone please also bring a fitness/yoga mat.
These classes are for ALL women looking for fun exercise. Women in their 30’s through to late 70’s enjoy these classes.
