GET FIT AND HAVE FUN

60 minutes of empowering dance and low impact fitness combine to give you a fun total body workout. Suits all fitness levels, dancers and non-dancers. Different dance styles every 4-6 weeks. If you’re looking for a fun way to get fit and you want an effective exercise program without high impact moves, you’ll love this.

7.15PM TUESDAY

SHAKE IT OFF AND STRETCH IT OUT

Our Dance-Flex classes give you 45 minutes of fun easy-to-follow dance-fitness followed by 15 minutes of relaxing stretch. Suits all fitness levels, dancers and non-dancers. Different dance styles every 4-6 weeks. The perfect class to re-boot the body and mind and feel good! Improve your mood, your fitness and your flexibility all in one class.

7PM THURSDAY

GET INTO THE GROOVE AND TONE UP

30 minutes of easy-to follow dance-fitness plus 30 minutes of body-toning with bodyweight, bands and slider discs. Includes glute and core conditioning on the mat. Get your dance fix and improve muscle tone all in one class. For all fitness levels. Beginners welcome.

9AM SATURDAY

INCREASE STRENGTH AND MUSCLE TONE

If you want to improve muscle strength and bone density this class is for you. You’ll perform 45 minutes of strength-stability exercises with dumbbells (provided) and bands. Some classes include 15 minutes bonus stretch at the end. Structured female-focused program. Exercise options. Suits beginners and all fitness levels.

ON ZOOM: 6AM MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

BUILD STRENGTH AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Join a small all-female training group and receive expert coaching in real time on Zoom. You receive exercise options and personal attention so you get the most from every session. 45 minutes of functional strength plus 15 minutes of bonus stretch. Dumbbells required. 8 ladies per group.
