My own personal health journey has taught me that the physical health we experience, is a consequence of our energetic health. You and I are not just flesh, blood and bone. We are so much more than just a physical body. We have multiple bodies: physical, mental, emotional and etheric (energetic). THE POWER OF PRESENCE
Are you always thinking about all the things you have to do and living in the future? Are you constantly recalling the past, replaying it over and over and over in your head?
