With exercise, if you want results, it’s important to keep changing what you do. On this program, your training is delivered in structured 6 week programs. This keeps you motivated and moving towards your goals.
Need extra accountability? Adding a zoom session might be the perfect solution for you. Our zoom training sessions are capped at 8 ladies per group so you receive close personal attention. The zoom sessions give you a very motivating and social online training experience.
You are supported with on-demand training resources to help you get the most from every session. These include program master classes, exercise video library, goal-setting worksheets and bonus articles.
A FITBody isn’t just a strong body, it’s also flexible, relaxed and moves with ease. To help you establish a balanced approach to exercise and build a balanced body, you receive bonus on-demand exercise classes. These include posture realignment sessions, relaxing stretch sequences and express cardio classes.
You receive on-demand access to an entire menu of delicious healthy recipes. New recipes every week help you form the habit of healthy eating. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan recipes are included.

Simone Wood
Simone is the founder of The Phoenix Tribe. She has over 13 years experience working with women as a personal trainer. In her 20’s, Simone lost the ability to walk properly following a lower back injury and turned to exercise to heal her spine. Simone used this challenge as an opportunity and discovered the powerful dynamic of the mind-body connection for healing. This experience inspired Simone to become an holistic personal trainer and transformation coach so she could teach her unique methods and help others. Today, Simone’s passion is helping women design the life of their dreams and create radiant health and happiness.

Women of all fitness and strength levels participate in this program. There are women who’ve never picked up a dumbbell before. There are women who have been strength training for years. This is why every program gives you exercise options. This means you can start at your level and safely progress at your own pace.
Making sure you’re exercising safely and correctly is the first priority at The Phoenix Tribe. FITBody on Zoom gives you the most personalised online training experience. These sessions are in real-time and you’re in a small group so you get up close personal technique corrections. FITBody On-Demand gives you virtual training with Simone. You’ll be exercising with her via pre-recorded videos. You get clear demonstrations, exercise options and expert technique coaching.
You will need a device (ipad, iphone, laptop, pc) to log-in to your classes which are hosted on a members website. This is a strength training program and you will be learning how to safely and effectively exercise with dumbbells. As a guide, beginners start with a set of 2-3kg. Intermediate to advanced start with a set of 3-4kg. You will also need a fitness/yoga mat. Some programs also include a few resistance band exercises.
FITBody Success is open to all women who are looking for a safe and effective strength building program. Most women who participate in these programs are aged between 40-65 years.
